Registration & Participation
How do I register for the Tour of Honor?
You can register by clicking the "Join Now" button at the top of this website or visiting the Registration page. You'll need to provide your personal information, vehicle details, and complete the payment process.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fees for the 2026 Tour of Honor are $125 for a solo participant and $240 for a duo.
What dates does the tour run?
The tour runs annually from April 1st - October 31st of each year. Registration for the next year's tour opens in January of each year.
Can I participate if I don't have a motorcycle?
Yes! While many participants ride motorcycles, the Tour of Honor is open to all types of vehicles. You can participate in a car, truck, or any street-legal vehicle.
Can I register multiple vehicles?
Each registration is typically for one vehicle. If you plan to use multiple vehicles, please contact us through your account dashboard for guidance.
I want a flag number that is not available. How can I get it?
Flag numbers are reserved for their prior owners for the first two weeks of registration, after that time any unregistered numbers become available for anyone to take. In the event of a dispute, the prior owner will be given priority. All decisions made by the TOH Admin team are final.
I want to keep my flag number from last year but am not able to register prior to the 15th of January, what should I do?
Please contact us through your account dashboard and we will assist you with your request. The TOH Admin team has the ability to lock a flag number for an indefinate period of time and tries to be as accomidating as possible.
Why isn't Flag #1600 available?
Flag #1600 is reserved for development and testing purposes.
What if I lose my tour flag?
You will be allowed credit for memorials with a facsimile of your flag (your rider number on a piece of paper will do) for up to one week after we hear of the loss. Order a replacement from the online store and one will be mailed to you.
What should I do if I come across someone else's tour flag?
If this happens, leave it there because they may be returning for it shortly. If you can, email us the location and the flag number and we'll put the word out.
Memorial Visits & Scoring
How do I document a memorial visit?
You need to take a photograph that clearly shows the memorial and your vehicle. Submit the photo through your account dashboard along with the memorial code and location information.
How are points calculated?
Points are awarded based on memorial categories and difficulty. Each verified memorial visit earns points that contribute to your total score. Check the memorial details for specific point values.
Can I visit the same memorial multiple times?
Each memorial can only be counted once per participant per tour year. However, you're welcome to visit memorials multiple times for personal reasons.
How long do I have to submit memorial visits?
Submissions must be made within 30 days of the memorial visit. All visits must occur during the current tour year.
What if a memorial is closed or has access restrictions?
Some memorials have access restrictions or specific visiting hours. Check the memorial details before visiting. Memorials with restrictions are clearly marked, and you must follow all posted guidelines.
Technical & Account Questions
How do I access my account?
Click "Sign In" in the navigation menu and enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
How do I update my profile information?
After signing in, go to your Profile page where you can update your personal information, vehicle details, and other account settings.
What if I have trouble submitting photos?
Make sure your photos are clear and show both the memorial and your vehicle. Photos should be in common formats (JPG, PNG). If you continue to have issues, contact us through your account dashboard.
Can I see my current progress?
Yes! Once you're signed in, you can view your submission history, verified memorial visits, and progress toward awards in your account dashboard.
Tour Seasons & Timelines
When does the tour year start and end?
Registration opens in January and the tour itself runs from April 1st through October 31st. All memorial visits must be completed within the current tour season.
When are final scores calculated?
Final scores are calculated at the end of the tour year after all submissions have been verified. Recognition and awards are typically announced shortly after the tour year ends.
Safety & Rules
What safety precautions should I take?
Always prioritize safety. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, follow all traffic laws, be aware of weather conditions, and travel with appropriate safety equipment. Never take unnecessary risks.
What happens if I violate the rules?
Violations of the rules may result in disqualification from the current tour year. Serious violations, such as fraudulent submissions, may result in permanent ban from participation. Please review the Rules page for complete details.
