 | Cameron, Missouri The Veteran's Home in Cameron is a state-of-the-art facility set in the rolling hills of North Missouri. It contains a veteran-focused environment with excellent food and living accommodations as well as 24 hour medical and skilled nursing care. Rehabilitative and social service are provided. The Home has long been a favorite stop of area motorcycle groups to pay their respect to those who have served. In front of the Home is a memorial to all service branches and a howitzer. The memorial was a joint effort of local Boy Scouts, American Legion and VFW. If you can, take time to say hello to one of the residents, they'd appreciate it. Also in the area: Check out the James Farm in nearby Kearney.
