The Oregon Fallen War Heroes Memorial is dedicated to all Oregonians who served and shed blood for our nation, and to those who by the grace of God returned home.

The centerpiece of the memorial is a white marble column with a majestic bronze eagle sitting atop and a flagpole bearing the American flag. This is surrounded by eight flagpoles displaying the flags of the military services and Merchant Marines. Around these is a brick path with brick columns bearing the names of all known Oregonians killed in conflict as far back as the Civil War.
