The elaborate Pennsylvania Veterans Memorial is the largest monument in the Veterans Administration’s National cemeteries. It is a truly unique combination of open-air space and a building that stands 107 feet high and 360 feet long.

The memorial was designed to evoke the ruins of a war-torn building and is dedicated to all who serve the nation and veterans of all wars, past and future.

Parking and Access:
The cemetery and memorial are open to the public from dawn until dusk. The memorial’s design is fairly complex and hard to photograph with more than one element visible at a time; but you can take a photo of your motorcycle with a portion of it from the lower parking level.

Also in the area:
While in the area, try to visit the Pennsylvania National Guard Military Museum at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Guard Training Center. There are large outdoor displays (aircraft, artillery, memorials) and an indoor museum.
