This WWII memorial is located on the southwest lawn of the courthouse in Dyersburg, TN. It includes plaques for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard.

It was dedicated by the Boy Scouts and was the result of the work of Dustin Strube, an Eagle Scout who came up with the idea to honor his late great-grandfather, T.C. "Jap" Sipes.
