Take a photo of your rally flag and motorcycle with the above image.*

The Pennsylvania American Legion Statue Garden pays tribute to Pennsylvania veterans of World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, and the Viet Nam War. There are also plaques and memorials for those who perished in the 2003 – 2004 War on Terrorism and the September 11th attacks.

Included in the garden is a unique tribute for those who perished in the 1976 Legionnaires Disease outbreak at an American Legion convention in Philadelphia.

A courtyard between the two wings of the building features a POW-MIA memorial and a praying hands statue.

Also in the area: Stop in at the nearby Duke’s Riverside and enjoy a great view of the Susquehanna River from their open deck.

Harrisburg is a very “rideable” city. Just across the river, you can visit Pennsylvania’s impressive Capital Building Complex.
