Lone Soldier Memorial in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Kenosha, Wisconsin

Take a photo of your rally flag and motorcycle with the above image.*

Standing alone with a gun over his shoulder, the Lone Soldier Memorial is dedicated to the veterans of the city and county of Kenosha who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. From the Mexican War to the Iraq War, the names engraved on the memorial are a grim reminder that freedom isn’t free.

Also in the area: Behind the Lone Soldier Memorial is the Veterans Memorial Fountain. Both memorials are located in Veterans Memorial Park on Kenosha’s harbor.

For those who are Civil War history enthusiasts, the Kenosha Civil War Museum is located just few blocks away from the memorials. This museum focuses on the role of the Midwest states and how the war impacted the people in this region.
